He holds the prestigious Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, Canada. Additionally, Zia has a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Finance.

Before being a Partner at GYTD.CPA accounting and tax firm, Khursheed served as the Head of Accounting Risk at BMO Financial Group. In this crucial role, he spearheaded initiatives to create tax-efficient structures that significantly enhanced operational compliance and efficiency. He then transitioned to a strategic consulting role at the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, where he was pivotal in developing and implementing compliance-efficient regimes.
